Consistent, reliable choice

This is my third time getting a plan from PremiumSIM, and they're still consistent. Smooth switch, solid service

I switched from my old provider to PremiumSIM for an Allnet Flat LTE plan. The ordering online was straightforward, and I chose the option to keep my old number. The number porting took about a week as expected, which was clearly communicated. My new SIM card arrived in 3 days. Since activating, the network coverage on the O2 network has been strong in my area, which is important for my work calls. I got the 5G Tarif, and speeds are good. Decent plan, minor hiccup

I picked up an iPhone with Vertrag. The phone arrived quickly, in good condition. The LTE 100 Tarif has been working fine, good speeds in most places. The Rufnummernmitnahme Bonus was a nice touch. My only minor issue was with the activation; it took a bit longer than I expected for the service to kick in after inserting the SIM. I had to restart my phone a couple of times. Customer service was helpful when I called, but it would have been smoother. Overall, a good experience for the price, but activation could be faster.
